rm10 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the rm10 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below. This document applies to all users of the platform in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms of Use

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the rm10 platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, a valid email address, and a reachable phone number. rm10 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents as necessary to comply with Know Your Customer procedures.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. All activity that occurs through your account — whether with or without your knowledge — remains your responsibility. Please notify the rm10 support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. rm10 accepts no liability for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the rm10 platform agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from attempting to hack, disrupt, or breach the platform's security systems. The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised technical means to access or manipulate the platform is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination.
Users may not share their account with any other party, transfer their account balance to another user without authorisation, or operate more than one account simultaneously. Any attempt to abuse the bonus or promotions system also constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of winnings and account closure without notice.

Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the rm10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring they use valid payment methods registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods without written authorisation is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Rm10 supports a range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers and available e-wallets. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may be revised from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes to transaction limits via the platform.
For withdrawal requests, rm10 will process them within the stipulated timeframe, subject to successful identity verification. All withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the rm10 team. Any applicable taxes or fees are solely the user's responsibility in accordance with relevant Malaysian tax laws.

Rm10 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or services offered. rm10 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
All content, designs, logos, trade names, and other materials on the rm10 platform are the exclusive property of rm10 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from rm10.
This platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. rm10 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of such external links. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites they visit.
Account Policy
Rm10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraud or illegal activity
- Failure to provide the required verification documentation
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 months
- Upon request by the relevant authorities
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, the use of the platform, or any services provided by rm10 shall be resolved through the competent courts of Malaysia.
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
